Joist-in or joist-out installation, for ceiling mount application only. Rough opening is 26'' x 28''. Pre-assembled and ready for installation. A 2-speed thermally protected 1/3 HP, 3.8 amp, 115 volt/60 hertz PSC motor pulls hot air from your home and expels it through your attic exhaust vents. Includes a white automatic shutter and a 2-speed switch and wall plate. Requires 8 square feet of net free air attic exhaust area.
