Composite Sheet Stock

Grade G-7 Garolite is composed of a continuous glass fabric laminated with a silicone resin. It exhibits good electrical properties in humid conditions and is also used in situations where high heat and arc resistance is required. G-7 Garolite is commonly seen in electrical insulation and heat insulation.

Grade LE Garolite is composed of a continuous cotton woven cloth impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. It is widely used for it's mechanical properties. It contains a fine weave linen which allows for machining more intricate details, like gear and teeth.

Woven carbon fiber is produced by the interlacing of fibers running in two different directions. This makes it useful in applications where loads come from all directions. The weave also gives these items superior machinability by minimizing fraying and splintering during cutting and drilling operations.

Grade G-10/FR4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties.

Grade G-10 Garolite is composed of a continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. It is wide ulsed for its excellent mechanical strength. G10 Garolite is typically used in applications where the strength to size ratio is critical such as with terminal boards, sleeves, and structural components.
