Composite Sheet Stock

Grade G-7 Garolite is composed of a continuous glass fabric laminated with a silicone resin. It exhibits good electrical properties in humid conditions and is also used in situations where high heat and arc resistance is required. G-7 Garolite is commonly seen in electrical insulation and heat insulation.

Grade G-11 Garolite is composed of a continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. It has similar properties to G-10 Garolite but also has better heat resistance. G-11 Garolite is typically used in elevated temperatures where G-10/FR4 cannot operate in.

Grade G-10/FR4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties.

Grade G-9 Garolite is composed of a continuous woven glass fabric laminted with a melamine resin. It is known for its mechanical properties and resistance to heat and arcing. G-9 Garolite is an exact substitute to G-5 and is typically used as a structural electrical component such as a switch board panel.

Grade G-10/FR-4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties.
